Securitize Unveils Tokenized High-Yield Fund with Neuberger
Securitize has launched a new tokenized high-yield fund, called HINC, in partnership with Neuberger. The fund will invest primarily in high-yield bonds and issue tokenized interests on four blockchains: Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui.
HINC is managed by Neuberger as the subadvisor, while Securitize affiliates handle investment advice, distribution, tokenization, and fund administration. The fund's investment mandate permits investments in collateralized loan obligations and leveraged loans, alongside high-yield bonds.
'Launching HINC across Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui gives eligible investors access through four leading blockchain networks,' said Carlos Domingo, co-founder and CEO of Securitize. The fund's return profile and risk will depend on the performance of its underlying portfolio rather than the blockchain used to record ownership.
Neuberger manages approximately $613 billion across various portfolios, with its fixed-income platform accounting for more than $230 billion of that total. Anil Abraham, Neuberger's head of product management, said: 'We are pleased to work with Securitize to extend our process-driven, actively managed approach to qualified investors looking to access fixed income strategies on-chain.'
