Senate Faces Deadline on Crypto Regulation Bill

Crypto regulation is on the minds of many in Washington D.C., and time is running out for the Senate to consider a landmark bill. The CLARITY Act, which passed the House with bipartisan support in 2025, would give federal agencies new powers to monitor digital assets.

Ryan VanGrack, Vice Chair at Coinbase, expressed hope that the Senate will pass the bill before they head into recess this weekend. 'The Senate heads to recess this weekend, meaning time is running out to consider a big crypto regulation bill,' he said.
