Sentora Brings Traditional Payment Finance to Decentralized Lending

Sentora has launched a new vault on Morpho that uses Huma Finance's PST token as collateral. The vault allows users to deposit PayPal's PYUSD stablecoin to provide liquidity for loans backed by PST.

The vault operates on Morpho's lending infrastructure, which aggregates liquidity from multiple sources to optimize yields. Users can supply PYUSD, a U.S. dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by PayPal, to earn interest while enabling loans collateralized by PST.

Sentora has set clear parameters: loan-to-value ratios are capped to mitigate liquidation risks, and exposure limits are applied to prevent concentration in any single asset. The partnership highlights the growing interoperability between specialized DeFi protocols.
