Seven Consecutive Sessions: Bitcoin ETFs See $1 Billion Institutional Inflows

Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the US market have recorded their seventh consecutive session of positive inflows, totaling nearly $1 billion. This steady movement of institutional capital underscores sustained interest in Bitcoin amid a changing macroeconomic landscape.

The data shows that $68.99 million was added to these funds on Wednesday alone, bringing the total since July 14 to a remarkable $999.38 million. This influx of capital demonstrates that financial institutions are using these instruments to build their long-term portfolios, absorbing available supply in the market and reducing liquidity in traditional exchanges.

Historically, institutional trading desks operate by spreading acquisitions across several sessions, explaining the consistency of these seven consecutive days of net inflows. The current figure is significant for the crypto ecosystem, but it falls short of the record set in April when spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted a total of $2.1 billion in net inflows.
