Sharplink Amasses $1.68B in Ethereum Holdings Through Staking Rewards

Ethereum treasury firm Sharplink has accumulated 867,798 Ethereum tokens worth approximately $1.68 billion since launching its treasury strategy.

The total includes 225,429 Ethereum redeemable from LsETH and 55,137 Ethereum redeemable from WeETH.

Sharplink's CEO Joseph Chalom stated that the firm stakes nearly 100% of its Ethereum at all times to grow Ethereum holdings per share regardless of price movements in the underlying asset.

The company has maintained this policy since inception and has seen institutional interest in its stock grow alongside its Ethereum accumulation, with institutional ownership reaching 46% as of December 31, 2025.
