Sharplink Sees Growing Momentum in Ethereum Ecosystem Amid Q2 Results
Sharplink, Inc., one of the world's largest corporate holders of Ether (ETH), reported its second-quarter financial and operating results for 2026. The company's CEO, Joseph Chalom, stated that Sharplink remained highly active in treasury management and Ethereum ecosystem development during Q2.
In a press release, Sharplink announced that it has deployed capital into initiatives designed to enhance the productivity of its ETH holdings and strengthen infrastructure supporting broader adoption. Chalom noted that the company is seeing growing momentum across the Ethereum ecosystem, with institutional adoption accelerating and on-chain activity expanding.
Sharplink's financial results for Q2 2026 include total revenue increasing to $11.5 million, compared to $0.7 million in Q2 2025. However, SG&A expenses were $9.1 million, up from $2.4 million in the prior-year quarter.
The company also reported a net loss of $394.3 million for the quarter, primarily driven by non-cash unrealized losses and impairments partially offset by net realized gains. Sharplink's cash and cash equivalents totaled $56.2 million as of June 30, 2026.
