SharpLink Stakes $200M in Ethereum via Lido
SharpLink, a Nasdaq-listed company trading under the ticker SBET, has announced plans to stake $200 million worth of Ethereum (ETH) through Lido, the largest liquid staking protocol on the Ethereum network.
The move will see the company receive wstETH, a token that accrues staking rewards, with the assets held in custody by Anchorage Digital, an institutional-grade digital asset custodian.
This decision is part of SharpLink's broader strategy to maintain its ETH exposure while generating additional on-chain yield and diversifying its corporate treasury.
