SHIB Daily Burn Rate Plummets 24.95% as $29 Tokens Get Burned
The Shiba Inu (SHIB) community witnessed a significant drop in daily burn rate over the last 24 hours, according to data from Shibburn. A total of just $29 SHIB were burned, representing a mere 5.33 million tokens. This marks a 24.95% decrease in the daily burn rate compared to the previous day.
The Shibburn page, which tracks SHIB burns, shows that several exchanges and wallets contributed to the burn pot over the last 24 hours. Binance stood out with a massive 2,357,000 SHIB burn, while Robinhood had three separate burn transactions in less than 24 hours. Uniswap also burned 15,955 SHIB tokens.
Looking at the bigger picture, the weekly burn rate for SHIB has increased by 76.73% over the last seven days, with a total of 139.50 million tokens burned. The 30-day burn rate stands at 507.72 million tokens.
