Shiba Inu Advisor Quashes Restart Speculation, Warns Against Scam Links

A senior advisor to the Shiba Inu ecosystem has dismissed speculation that the project is planning a wholesale restart. Mazrael, an advisor to the Shiba Eternity card game, addressed the claims directly after posts on X began gaining traction over the weekend.

The rumors suggested that Shiba Inu could be moving towards a complete overhaul of its direction, including abandoning existing infrastructure and migrating to a different blockchain. However, Mazrael said these narratives are unfounded and urged holders to rely only on official channels for information.

The advisor warned that malicious actors often exploit periods of uncertainty to distribute phishing links, cautioning community members to avoid clicking on unverified URLs. Shiba Inu's ecosystem includes the ShibaSwap exchange, the Shibarium layer-2 network, and the Shiba Eternity game, along with the SHIB, LEASH, and BONE tokens.
