Shiba Inu Exchange Activity Points to Bullish Signal Amid Market Volatility
Shiba Inu's exchange activity has provided a bullish signal despite its price remaining in the red, as selling pressure is gradually fading. The asset has been trading on a downward trajectory amid prolonged market volatility, but the latest data from CryptoQuant shows a different story.
According to the data, Shiba Inu's exchange netflow has drawn attention after projecting a negative balance of 44.1 billion SHIB as of Thursday, August 13. This means that significantly more SHIB tokens were moved out of exchanges amid growing demand than returned for sell-off purposes over the last day.
The difference in both activities stands at -44 billion SHIB, indicating that the amount of SHIB available for sale on exchanges has been reduced substantially, cooling the intense sell pressure facing the Shiba Inu ecosystem. Analysts believe there is still a chance for a potential price reversal for SHIB if investors remain resilient and it can sustain demand even amid weak market conditions.
