Shiba Inu Exchange Outflows Plummet as Inflows Surge
Shiba Inu's price has stabilized in recent times, but new data from Bitget suggests that market behavior may be shifting against bullish expectations. The seven-day moving average of mean SHIB exchange outflows dropped by a significant 75.55% to approximately 261.7 million tokens, indicating a notable reduction in accumulation activity and liquid supply leaving centralized platforms.
This marked decrease in outflows signifies that fewer tokens are being withdrawn, which can weaken the foundation for upward price pressure. Meanwhile, the seven-day moving average of SHIB inflows climbed by 24.13%, reaching 595.68 million tokens. Total exchange inflows rose 1.48% to approximately 398.35 billion SHIB.
However, this indicates that more SHIB is moving onto exchanges for potential trading or selling, a development that contrasts with the typical bullish accumulation pattern. The SHIB exchange reserve increased by 0.29%, now standing at about 87.21 trillion tokens. This uptick in tokens available on trading platforms expands the pool of SHIB that investors can sell at short notice.
The divergence between higher inflow activity and declining outflows is now a critical signal for traders, suggesting a short-term tilt in market sentiment toward selling or at least a pause in accumulation.
