Shiba Inu Exchange Outflows Rebound, But Price Stability Remains a Concern

Shiba Inu's exchange outflows have seen a significant decline, dropping by about 42% before rebounding. The metric is still insufficient to alter the understanding of SHIB's exchange activity, despite some alleviation of immediate concern.

The latest data shows that exchange outflows totaled around 172.06 billion SHIB, an increase of just 0.78% over the previous 24 hours. Netflow remains positive at about 28.79 billion SHIB, with exchange inflows higher at approximately 200.85 billion SHIB.

This balance is more important than the initial 42% decline on its own. A decrease in exchange outflows indicates that fewer tokens are being taken out of trading platforms. However, as long as inflows continue to be higher, there's a risk that more SHIB may enter exchanges, potentially reaching the liquid market.

The seven-day mean exchange outflow metric is currently up 96%, indicating an increase in average withdrawal size. This reduces the potential for a pessimistic interpretation based on the earlier drop in total outflows.
