Shiba Inu Outflows Rebound, But Inflows Remain Higher
The recent decline in Shiba Inu exchange outflows has partially rebounded after a 42% drop, but inflows remain higher. According to Bitget data, exchange outflows reached approximately 172.06 billion SHIB, marking a slim 0.78% increase in the trailing 24-hour period.
Despite this uptick, inflows onto exchanges still outpace outflows, with about 200.85 billion SHIB being deposited. This results in a netflow of around 28.79 billion SHIB, indicating that more tokens are entering rather than leaving centralized exchanges.
The seven-day mean exchange outflow metric is up 96% compared to its earlier reading, signaling that larger blocks of SHIB are being withdrawn from exchanges. The price of SHIB remains under pressure, trading at $0.00000510 and below its 200-day moving average of $0.00000571.
