Shiba Inu Sees 811 Billion SHIB Flows Amid Aggressive Investor Repositioning
Shiba Inu (SHIB) is experiencing significant exchange flows as it tries to establish a convincing recovery. Despite a decrease of approximately 811 billion SHIB in total exchange netflow, investors seem to be repositioning aggressively due to the recent price increase. The token has gained around 5.5% on the daily candle and is currently trading at about $0.00000521.
The combination of increased inflows and a decrease in outflows suggests that holders are moving tokens to trading venues, but the net amount of SHIB moving onto exchanges has decreased. The seven-day moving average of mean inflows has increased by 26.36% to approximately 1.286 billion SHIB, while exchange reserves have risen by 0.24%. Active addresses and receiving addresses have also grown by 1.15% and 1.12%, respectively.
The RSI has surged to about 67.4, putting SHIB near overbought territory, but the netflow decline does not indicate that investors are giving up on the rally. Instead, it suggests that significant withdrawals are offsetting exchange-bound supply at a time when SHIB is attempting its most robust recovery in weeks.
