Shiba Inu's Bullish Reversal Takes a Hit

Shiba Inu's (SHIB) recent price action has raised concerns about the strength of its bullish reversal. A key metric, the seven-day moving average of mean exchange outflows, has dropped by around 48%. This decline indicates a weakening in the signal that had previously supported the bullish trend.

Exchange outflows track tokens as they leave centralized trading platforms. High outflows can be a sign that holders are transferring SHIB into private wallets, reducing potential supply on the market. However, a sharp decline does not necessarily mean investors are selling; it could indicate a decrease in withdrawals.

The exchange data is still conflicting. While the mean inflow increased by 0.79%, the total exchange netflow remains extremely negative at around -62.5 billion SHIB. The price of SHIB is facing another significant obstacle, and its ability to overcome this challenge will be crucial for the continuation of the bullish trend.
