Shiba Inu's Price Volatility Linked to Crypto Liquidity and Adoption
Shiba Inu's (SHIB) outlook in 2026 remains uncertain due to its sensitivity to crypto liquidity, burn activity, and adoption across Shibarium.
The token rebounded after a volatile start to September, gaining 6.72% on September 5 to close at approximately Rs. 0.000523. However, the swings also show why short-term price targets should be treated cautiously.
SHIB's enormous token supply continues to shape its long-term valuation debate. Token burns can permanently remove coins from circulation and theoretically increase scarcity if demand remains stable or rises.
However, large percentage increases in daily burn rates can be misleading when measured against total circulating supply. A meaningful impact would require sustained burning over long periods rather than occasional spikes.
