The Shiba Inu community is abuzz with speculation about the possible connection between pseudonymous lead ambassador Shytoshi Kusama and Litecoin founder Charlie Lee.

A recent X user asked if Charlie Lee was, in fact, Shytoshi Kusama. While there's no verified evidence to confirm this claim, a long-time SHIB community member and Shiba Eternity advisor Mazrael offered an intriguing response: 'Could be he chatted with Litecoin that one time.'

This statement suggests that Kusama may have interacted with Litecoin in the past, which isn't surprising given his past exchanges with Litecoin on X.

One notable instance is a post made by Kusama in November 2024, where he jokingly referred to Litecoin as a meme-themed coin. The stick figure with an 'L' head had caught Kusama's attention, and he responded that 'he was not looking to get into beef with Litecoin.'

This incident might suggest no direct connection between Litecoin and Shytoshi Kusama. Charlie Lee, a former Google engineer, launched Litecoin in October 2011 as a source-code fork of Bitcoin.
