Silver Prices Climb 1.08% to $64.24 Amid Year-Long Decline
Silver prices rose on Monday to $64.24 per troy ounce, up 1.08% from Friday's price of $63.55, according to FXStreet data.
This increase comes despite a 9.63% decrease in silver prices since the beginning of the year.
The Gold/Silver ratio, which shows the number of ounces of Silver needed to equal the value of one ounce of Gold, stood at 67.68 on Monday, down from 68.32 on Friday.
