Silver Prices Plummet 2.14% to $63.22 Amid Ongoing Market Volatility
Silver prices have taken a hit on Monday, according to FXStreet data. The metal is currently trading at $63.22 per troy ounce, down 2.14% from Friday's price of $64.60.
This decline marks the second consecutive day of losses for silver, which has now fallen by 11.06% since the beginning of the year.
The Gold/Silver ratio, which measures the number of ounces of silver needed to equal the value of one ounce of gold, stood at 68.15 on Monday, up from 67.31 on Friday.
