Sixty-Six Capital Inc., a Bitcoin treasury and crypto asset investment company based in Vancouver, has entered into a short-term financing agreement with K33 Holding AS, a subsidiary of K33 AB (publ). Under this arrangement, dated August 25, 2026, the company borrowed USDC 2,000,000 to acquire Bitcoin while its own funds remained in transit following the sale of its Bitcoin ETF holdings.

The loan, which bears interest at 6.95% per annum and matures on September 30, 2026, was used to purchase approximately 24.90 Bitcoin. This move reflects Sixty-Six Capital's ongoing strategy to accumulate Bitcoin exposure. The company did not disclose its total Bitcoin holdings following the completion of this acquisition in the announcement.

The arrangement constitutes a related party transaction under Canadian securities regulations, as K33 is a control person of Sixty-Six Capital. The company relied on exemptions from valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements due to the loan's non-convertible, commercially reasonable terms.
