Skyward Shares Drop as CFO Plans Exit to Be Replaced by Apollo Veteran

Skyward Specialty Insurance Group (SKWD) shares dipped 1.53% to $55.54 in Thursday's trading, a slight drop from earlier highs above $57.50.

The decline comes as the company announced the planned retirement of Chief Financial Officer Mark Haushill on March 31, 2027.

Taryn McHarg, currently CFO at Apollo and Skyward Group Deputy CFO, will succeed Haushill in the role.
