Smarter Web Drops £2 Million on Additional 35 BTC

The UK-based Smarter Web Company has continued to expand its Bitcoin holdings as part of its 'The 10 Year Plan'. The company recently spent £2 million on an additional 35 BTC, bringing its total stash to 2,747 units.

This purchase brings the company's gross Bitcoin purchases to £235.5 million, with a net average price of £82,562 per unit. Smarter Web has been accumulating Bitcoins since April 28, 2025, starting with an initial purchase of 2.3 BTC worth $215,695 at the time.

The company's Bitcoin holdings are secured against its Coinbase Strategic Credit Facility, which has a variable interest rate of 6% and allows for repayment without additional charges. As part of this facility, Smarter Web has drawn £20.5 million, with an approximate leverage ratio of 14.8%.
