Smarter Web Floats Preferred Shares on London Stock Exchange
Smarter Web Company PLC (GB:SWC) has announced plans to float a new class of non-voting 'MORE' preferred shares on the London Stock Exchange via an IPO, targeting £15 million to £25 million in gross proceeds.
The company generates revenue from long-term client relationships and retained services, complemented by its Bitcoin-centric treasury strategy. It holds Bitcoin as its primary reserve asset to build balance sheet strength and attract investors.
The preferred shares would carry cumulative variable weekly dividends, liquidation preference, and redemption rights. The funds will be used for long-term capital, broadening access to institutional and retail markets, supporting acquisitions, working capital needs, and advancing the firm's Bitcoin-linked value creation strategy.
