Smarter Web Taps £15-25M Share Issue to Fuel Bitcoin Holdings
The Smarter Web Company is planning to issue £15M-£25M worth of perpetual preferred shares on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, aiming to fund its Bitcoin accumulation strategy.
The new class of securities will trade under the ticker MORE and offer a cumulative variable-rate weekly dividend. However, holders will have no voting rights at general meetings.
The company has established a Bitcoin-centric treasury policy since 2025, holding 2,878 BTC valued between $178M-$181M as of mid-2026. To facilitate regular dividend payouts under UK company law, the entity executed structural corporate changes in June 2026, unlocking £132.5M in distributable reserves.
The listing requires a minimum gross raise of £10M and at least three independent market makers on the admission date. The final execution will be put to a vote at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on September 28, 2026, in Bristol.
