SOL Token Breaks Above Trendline, Analysts Eye $147 Price Target
Solana's SOL token has broken above a multi-month descending trendline, with analysts predicting potential price targets of $108, $128, and $147. The breakout follows months of low-volatility trading, and the token is currently trading around $101-$102.
Analyst Einstein highlighted the trendline break and outlined a potential sequence where SOL retests $92, holds that level, and then moves toward the aforementioned price targets. Another analyst, CryptoGerla, noted on X that SOL could be repeating a descending channel retest before the next impulse move kicks in toward $150.
The Solana ecosystem is showing strong activity, with over 260,000 tokens launched daily on the network for three consecutive days. However, derivatives data from Coinglass shows elevated leverage in the market, with open interest climbing 1.65% to $6.05 billion while 24-hour volume fell 55.31%.
