Solana and XRP ETFs Gain Traction as Bitcoin Dominance Slows
Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs have long been industry leaders in terms of attracting investment capital. However, recent data reveals that newer entrants to the space are gaining traction. According to Bitget, Solana and XRP spot ETFs pulled in a combined $152 million in net inflows during the week of mid-July 2026.
BTC took the lion's share of this investment, with over $203.2 million flowing into its spot ETF on July 21 alone. Ethereum followed closely behind, attracting $37.5 million on the same day. Solana and XRP spot ETFs trailed slightly, adding $5.8 million and $5.66 million respectively.
Solana's cumulative inflows have now surpassed $1.14 billion as of late July 2026, positioning it as a legitimate institutional-grade asset. XRP's rapid accumulation of over $1 billion in its first two months was notable in its own right, suggesting that the regulatory cloud surrounding the token has cleared enough for major asset managers to participate.
