Solana and XRP Prices Stuck in Consolidation Phase
The Solana (SOL) price has been stuck in a consolidation phase since rising from its June lows, with neither buyers nor sellers able to gain an advantage. The asset is trading around $74, fluctuating between its short-term moving averages while encountering resistance above.
According to the 20- and 50-day moving averages, the picture appears neutral but fragile. Every attempt at recovery is capped by the 100-day moving average at $79, and the 200-day moving average is still much higher at $90, indicating a negative overall trend.
Solana needs a clear daily close above the 100-day moving average to improve its technical outlook, which could shift medium-term sentiment and bring the psychological $85 level into focus.
