Solana Breaks Out of Consolidation Pattern, Eyes $300 Target
Solana (SOL) is on the move, having broken out of a months-long consolidation pattern and bringing the $110-$113 area into focus as its next test. The broader outlook for SOL could improve substantially above this zone if it holds onto key support levels.
On the three-day chart, Solana's price has broken above a contracting structure that developed after the June low, giving buyers a stronger short-term technical position. This breakout is significant because SOL spent several months forming lower highs while support gradually moved higher.
The immediate objective for SOL shown on the chart is $113. A sustained move above this level would strengthen the breakout and establish a higher trading range, while a retreat back into the former consolidation could raise the risk of a false breakout.
