Solana Correction May Fuel Next Big Rally
Solana's price correction to around $50 could be setting up conditions for a significant rally in the coming months, according to analysts.
As Solana has seen an extended rally, it may be headed toward a key demand zone between $50 and $70, where support is expected to sit. However, Crypto Patel warns that the path to $1,000 will not be straightforward, with signs of distribution emerging at higher levels.
The current correction could reset momentum and set up conditions for a move towards $500 or even $1,000 over the longer term, but Patel notes that this will not be a straight line. He emphasizes that the key support area lies between $70 and $50, with notable liquidity below $60.
Osemka Wave Analysis also suggests that Solana is tracing an ABC correction within a defined channel, testing a high-timeframe support zone. If this level holds, it could trigger a higher-timeframe reversal, potentially leading to a significant price increase in the coming months.
