Solana ETFs Draw $1.22B Inflows Amid Record-Breaking Network Activity
Solana's U.S. spot ETFs have seen significant inflows over the past five sessions, attracting $1.22 billion in new investment. This influx of capital comes despite Solana's native token SOL still being nearly 67% below its all-time high.
The surge in ETF inflows is largely driven by Bitwise's BSOL fund, which has been a major contributor to the trend. This growth in institutional interest is significant, as it indicates that investors are becoming increasingly optimistic about Solana's prospects.
In related news, the Solana blockchain recorded a record 4.2 billion transactions in July, thanks to a 66% increase in block capacity and rising tokenized real-world assets totaling $3.73 billion. Meme coin trading on Solana also surged, reaching $5.2 billion in weekly volume in mid-August.
