HumidiFi, a leading decentralized exchange on the Solana blockchain, has suspended trading on its platform due to an internal network security incident. The company revealed that a portion of its internal network had been compromised and that it was investigating the scope of the event.

No customer or third-party assets were affected by the incident, according to HumidiFi, which stated that the damage was confined to its own operational funds.

The exchange's native token, WET, saw a significant increase in trading volume following the announcement, with a 192% jump in 24-hour trading volume. However, the price of the token fell by 8.66% to $0.07173, approximately 78% below its all-time high of $0.336 on December 10, 2025.

The incident is not the first security-related disruption for HumidiFi, which previously organized a token sale that quickly collapsed after a bad actor bought nearly all of the available tokens using automated wallets.
