Solana Mobile, a cryptocurrency-focused smartphone maker, has suspended its third-party marketing email account after detecting unauthorized access.

The incident occurred during a larger security breach at Brevo, an email provider that affected 138 customer accounts through a SAML SSO vulnerability.

Solana Mobile stated that the access to their Brevo account was disabled, and they are working with Brevo to understand the scope of information accessed. However, the company assures its customers that no emails were sent from the Solana Mobile account.

In a related development, Brevo revealed that six customer accounts were used for malicious purposes, including sending phishing emails to contacts stored in those accounts and exporting contacts from 43 other accounts.
