The Solana network experienced an outage affecting 102 validators, but it remained online due to the diversity of its infrastructure providers.

According to Jacob Creech, a technology executive at the Solana Foundation, an infrastructure provider used by some validators failed overnight. However, 597 out of 699 staked validators continued voting during the incident, representing around 85% of the staked set.

The affected validators recovered within 40 minutes, and the network kept processing transactions.

Traders are watching whether this event affects the Solana price rebound. The outage did not stop the chain from functioning, and available figures do not show a direct price impact from the event.
