Solana Poised for Third All-Time High as Price Targets $300
Solana's price has reached new all-time highs twice before, and analyst DJ Ha Trang believes it could do so again in 2026. The network first hit an all-time high of $260 in November 2021, driven by its status as the fastest and cheapest chain available during the NFT boom and DeFi expansion.
However, this momentum collapsed alongside FTX, sending Solana's price back down to around $10. Despite this setback, the ecosystem continued to build, fueled by the 2024 memecoin wave, which saw Solana reach a new all-time high of $290 in January 2025.
According to Ha Trang's research report, 'Primed for the Third Leap,' Solana is now positioning itself for a third run. The network has spent years reinforcing its position as the fastest and cheapest chain available and has recently seen better trade execution for SOL to USDC pairs than centralized exchanges.
Solana currently holds 54% of spot trading market share, with $425B in monthly volume. Ha Trang attributes this dominance to two main factors: infrastructure and aggressive business development. The network is positioning itself as the home of 'internet capital markets,' with new assets being listed on Solana on a near-weekly basis.
When asked for a forecast, Ha Trang predicted that Solana's price could target more than $300 this time around. However, the timing remains uncertain, and some analysts see 2028 as the likely turning point for crypto's next bull cycle.
