Solana Roars Back Above $100 Amid Surging ETF Inflows and Institutional Demand
Solana's price has rebounded above $100 after months of consolidation, driven by significant spot ETF inflows and an institutional liquidity rebound. According to data shared by analyst Alex Marzell, Solana spot ETFs drew in $33.49 million on August 26, their largest single-day inflow since December 2025, with total net inflows reaching $1.22 billion.
This influx of funds has contributed to a surge in whale addresses interacting with SOL, indicating fresh token buying activity among institutional investors. The Solana network has seen a significant increase in on-chain transactions, with 4.2 billion recorded last month, up 13.5% from June and 91% from December last year.
Circle issued an additional $1 billion in USDC on the Solana network to meet increased on-chain trading demand. SOL's move above $100 suggests it may be ready to climb higher, with the asset currently facing resistance around $105-$110 before potentially breaking out towards the $115-$120 zone.
