The majority of these tokens were created through established token-launch infrastructure, with launchpad Pump.fun accounting for 34,184 of the newly minted SPL tokens. This concentration of issuance suggests that a single protocol is capturing the most momentum in Solana's ecosystem.
Pump.fun generated $1.8 million in revenue over the past 24 hours, indicating that the token creation surge is being matched by monetized activity. This has led to speculation about whether the market is experiencing a structural shift or simply a temporary peak driven by retail timing.
