Solana's price has been on an upward trend over the past week, increasing by 5.89%, but it still remains within a deep downtrend that has seen its price drop by 57% in the past year.

The low of $60.13 set on June 6 was the lowest price since December 2023.

However, according to popular crypto analyst Ali Martinez, there are signs that this downtrend could change bullishly.

A TD Sequential buy signal has flashed on the daily timeframe, and a move above the $78.7 resistance could set a bullish trend in motion.

The MACD also formed a golden cross, indicating a shift in momentum.
