Soluna and Bitdeer Team Up for 28 MW Bitcoin Mining Deployment in Texas

Soluna Holdings (NASDAQ:SLNH) has partnered with Bitdeer Technologies Group (NASDAQ:BTDR) to deploy 28 MW of Bitcoin mining equipment at Project Kati 1 in Texas. The deployment will begin in September 2026 and represents approximately 1.93 EH/s of mining capacity.

The agreement introduces a co-mining structure, where both companies share proceeds generated from the operation.

Soluna Holdings will provide the site, power, and turnkey operations for the project, while Bitdeer will supply its Sealminer A2 Pro Air mining equipment. Project Kati 1 is an 83 MW wind-powered data center in Willacy County, Texas.
