U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded a significant net outflow of $265.4 million on July 31, according to Farside Investors data.

The reversal marked an end to a two-day streak of net inflows, signaling a shift in investor sentiment amid broader market uncertainty.

BlackRock's IBIT led the outflows with $122.7 million, followed by Fidelity's FBTC at $54.8 million and Grayscale's GBTC with $52.6 million in net redemptions.

The sudden shift highlights the sensitivity of these products to short-term market conditions and macroeconomic signals.
