Spot ETFs Suffer $390M in Net Outflows Amid Market Declines
U.S.-based spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw significant outflows last week, totaling $390 million from August 10 to August 14. Fidelity's FBTC was responsible for $153 million of these withdrawals.
The figure is substantial, highlighting the recent market fluctuations. Spot Ethereum ETFs posted net outflows of just over $2.26 million during the same period.
BlackRock's ETHA saw $16.3944 million in net outflows. The prices of both Bitcoin and Ethereum have seen declines as well: Bitcoin was trading at $63,587, down 2.3% from last week, while Ethereum was at $1,902 with a 1% decrease.
