Stablecoin Market Sees Third Straight Month of Net Outflows
The global stablecoin market saw its capitalization fall by 1% in July to approximately $308.3 billion, marking the third consecutive month of net outflows, according to a report from CryptoRank Research.
Since May, cumulative outflows have reached about $13.3 billion, the longest stretch since 2022-2023, as investors continue to pull capital out of the market.
USDC maintained its lead in transfer value, with on-chain transfer volume reaching approximately $3.6 trillion in July, more than twice that of USDT's $1.4 trillion.
Stablecoin payment card top-ups also saw a significant increase, exceeding $1 billion for the first time in July, with USDC top-ups rising 46% over the same period.
