The Clarity Act itself never cleared the Senate, but Stand With Crypto views support for the bill as a litmus test for who deserves the industry's political capital.

The 32 endorsed candidates include Republican lawmakers Tom Emmer and Bill Huizenga, as well as Democratic representatives Ritchie Torres and Josh Gottheimer. This bipartisan roster is deliberate, reflecting Stand With Crypto's nonpartisan stance.
