Standard Chartered Sees ARB Token Soaring Over 70 Times in Value
Standard Chartered, a British banking giant, is making waves in the crypto space with its latest prediction for an altcoin that was once popular among Turks. According to The Block, Standard Chartered has evaluated Arbitrum and forecasted that the ARB token will reach $10 by the end of 2030.
This represents a staggering increase of more than 70 times from its current price of approximately $0.134. Geoff Kendrick, the bank's global head of digital asset research, described Arbitrum as 'Blockchain for Traditional Finance,' highlighting its business model that helps traditional finance firms transition to blockchain.
Kendrick also sees Robinhood Chain as a major growth driver, noting early evidence that Arbitrum could become a significant blockchain infrastructure provider for traditional financial institutions. He stated, 'We are seeing a shift in digital assets from a situation where revenue was still insignificant to one where it is critical.'
Standard Chartered also predicts that ETH will reach $4,000 by the end of 2026 and $40,000 by the end of 2030, while BTC is projected to reach $100,000 by the end of 2026 and $500,000 by the end of 2030.
