Standard Chartered Sees Arbitrum Token at $10 by 2030
Standard Chartered has set a target price of $10 for the Arbitrum (ARB) token by the end of 2030. The forecast is based on the growth of tokenized assets and institutional adoption, rather than the token's current momentum.
The bank estimates that assets tokenized on public blockchains could rise from $340 billion to $4 trillion by the end of 2028. Robinhood Chain, which uses Arbitrum technology, provides early evidence of this trend, with estimated fees reaching $5 million in September and average daily fee revenue at $2.8 million.
However, Standard Chartered's forecast depends on several assumptions, including market growth, institutional adoption, and ARB's token economics. The bank also acknowledges that tokenization growth may be slower than expected, financial firms may choose competing blockchain networks, or new chains may fail to produce lasting revenue.
