Stellar Ecosystem Booms in First Half of 2026
The first half of 2026 has been a banner year for Stellar, with several notable developments in the ecosystem. In January, the Marshall Islands deployed Universal Basic Income (UBI) on the platform.
In February, EURAU was introduced to Stellar as part of a collaboration with PwC. The following month, Spiko tokenized an Amundi fund on Stellar, marking another milestone for the network.
March also saw MoneyGram partner growth and a significant increase in TVL (Total Value Locked) to $2 billion. In April, Bermuda's government partnered with DTCC (Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation), further expanding Stellar's reach.
The second half of 2026 is expected to be even stronger for the Stellar ecosystem, according to an unnamed source, who predicts continued growth and maturity of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
