The Stellar network has surpassed $490 million in tokenized non-US government debt, outperforming all other public blockchains since February. This growth is largely driven by Mexican CETES and Euro T-Bills, which have seen a significant increase in adoption on the network. According to RWA.xyz data cited by Stellar, the network held roughly $490 million in this category as of August 20, 2026.

The rise of Stellar's tokenized RWA value, excluding stablecoins, has increased by more than 10 times from early 2025 until June 2026. This growth is a testament to the network's ability to facilitate cross-border and multi-currency payments with minimal transaction fees and fast settlement times.

The addition of government-baked tokens representing South Korean Treasury Bonds and a digital sovereign bond from the Marshall Islands has also contributed to Stellar's growth in the onchain sovereign markets. Meanwhile, stablecoins have added liquidity to tokenized debt, with total payment amounts surging by 72% year-over-year and transaction velocity increasing by 75%.
