Stocks Outshine Crypto as US Market Surges to $5 Trillion in April

The US stock market rebounded strongly in April, adding approximately $5.3 trillion in value, far surpassing the crypto market's gain of $230 billion.

Bitcoin, however, held its own, rising about 14.25% for the month, roughly in line with equity index performance.

The S&P 500 jumped 12.35%, and the Nasdaq surged 17.40% in April, securing their strongest monthly performances since 2020.
