Strategy and Bitmine Amass Combined $260M in Bitcoin and Ethereum Purchases

Two major companies, Strategy and Bitmine Immersion Technologies, have made significant cryptocurrency investments in Bitcoin and Ethereum. Between February 9th and 16th, Strategy purchased 2,486 Bitcoins for $168.4 million at an average price of $67,710 per coin.

This purchase brings Strategy's total Bitcoin holdings to 717,131 coins with a combined value of $54.52 billion or an average of $76,027 per coin.

Bitmine, the largest publicly traded Ethereum treasury company, disclosed that it holds approximately 4.37 million Ethereum worth around $9.6 billion.
