Strategy Bolsters USD Reserve with $525M Boost

Strategy Inc has boosted its U.S. dollar reserve by $525 million to $3.75 billion, providing two years of dividend coverage for its preferred stock and debt.

The company disclosed this in a Form 8-K filing on Monday, July 27, 2026. Executive Chairman Michael Saylor confirmed the update, stating that Strategy had increased its USD Reserve by $525 million, 'achieving 2.1 years of dividend coverage.'

Strategy's Bitcoin holdings remained unchanged at 843,775 BTC, acquired for an aggregate $63.69 billion at an average price of $75,476 per coin.
