Strategy Boosts Cash Reserves by $525M Through Stock Offering
Strategy, formerly known as MicroStrategy, has increased its USD reserves by $525 million through another stock offering. The company raised this amount under its at-the-market offering program, which allows it to sell shares gradually into the open market. This latest raise has pushed Strategy's total USD Reserve to $3.75 billion, as of July 26.
The cash cushion provided by this reserve will cover roughly 2.1 years of Strategy's annual financial obligations, estimated at $1.76 billion. These obligations include preferred stock dividends and debt interest payments. In just seven months, the company has more than doubled its USD Reserve, which stood at $1.44 billion in December 2025.
Strategy's largest asset remains its Bitcoin holdings, consisting of approximately 843,775 BTC with a total acquisition cost of around $63.69 billion. Rather than liquidating any part of this position to meet obligations, the company continues to issue equity through stock offerings.
